  • These are 2 identical filter stations used for extraction of dusts generated during grinding of gray and nodular cast iron and during production of shell cores in croening process. The filter stations are identical in construction - each consists of 2 x FVJ 200 + 1x FVJ 150 filters. Each station consists of chambers with pocket filters mounted on a steel structure, then a hopper with collecting screws and a dust discharge into a big bag equipped with gravity double flaps, in the upper part there are mechanical flushing regenerators. The suction power is provided by VRVP fans with "direct" motors, housed in an enclosed soundproof cabin. The exhaust duct of both fans is led through a silencer to a common exhaust duct on the roof.
