Application:
The MTM FKA system has been specially developed for small and medium-sized industries for partial cleaning.
Design:
The cleaning steps washing, rinsing, drying take place in one cleaning chamber. For serial parts, complicated single workpieces on product carriers as well as bulk material in commercial baskets, a multi-stage spraying and dipping process as well as a combined cleaning process with subsequent drying in an air circulation process can be realized in the cleaning system. Here, the cleaning effect, as well as the drying, is supported by rotating or swiveling the fabric basket within the degreasing system.
Possible process technologies:
- Cleaning
- Degreasing
- Phosphating
- Steam cleaning
- Flood injection washing
- Spray rinsing
- DI water rinsing
- Hot air drying and vacuum drying.
Process:
The wash ware is fed to the cleaning system at the front via a settling table, which has space to accommodate two standard wash containers. Treatment times, temperatures, rotation or swiveling movements can be adjusted according to the design variant. In the case of basket goods, the goods baskets used can be used simultaneously as transport and washing baskets. This means that repacking of the goods is not necessary. The soiled baskets are cleaned together with the goods to be washed, thus eliminating the need for separate washing. Inside the closed casing is the cylindrical treatment chamber as the central component of the FKA cleaning system. The necessary functional units are systematically arranged around this chamber.
Due to this compact design, the cleaning system is a closed unit ready for connection, which can be moved to any other installation site at any time.
This MTM cleaning system can be operated fully automatically and integrated into complex automation processes. Thus, complete automation into an inline production is possible. Basket coding allows for a wide variety of washing programs, matched to the contamination, as well as the part geometry, batch throughput and residual dirt requirements.
Advantages:
- Within the useful dimensions, maximum weight and materials to be treated, the cleaning system is flexible.
- Customized special systems are possible. For example, large-volume parts such as crankcases from the automotive sector with a batch weight of 750 kg can also be cleaned in the cleaning system. Optionally, for example, screws, fittings, gearboxes for electric motors, cylinder heads in small series, gearbox parts for passenger cars, masonry drills, camshafts, steering locks for passenger cars or TRI flanges can be cleaned in the degreasing plant.
