It is a special foundry machine for the production of bentonite molding compound. The machine works on the principle of a wheel mill, where inside a closed housing a system of wheel holders, plows and shovels mixes quartz sand with bentonite and water to a homogeneous molding compound. Filling and discharging is done by belt conveyors. The plant operates in fully automatic mode. The machine includes devices for removal of the mixed compound with evaluation (moldability) and control of water dosage.
